Getting there: From Chester you can catch the 41A bus from Stand F on Foregate Street (approximately a 10 minute walk from the Railway Station) to Tattenhall. It is then approximately a 13 minute walk to The Ice Cream Farm..

Opening times: Open 10am to 5:30pm daily. ​Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Wheelchair/Pram friendly: Yes. There are also disabled parking spaces close the entrance, as well as ground level disabled toilet facilities

​

Additional activities: It's free for all the family to enter the Ice Cream Farm and play in Daisy's Garden, which has various things to climb, crawl, balance and swing on. Additionally, children can visit the farm animals for free. Additional pay and play activities cost between £1 and £3.75.

​

Parking and any fees: There is a free car park on site, including disabled parking bays near the entrance. 

​

Facilities and refreshment options: There are toilets and baby change facilities  throughout the site. There is a no picnic policy. Only refreshments from the Ice Cream Parlour or one of the two restaurants can be consumed on site.
