Opening times: The park is open daily between 9am and 7:30pm.
Distance: Over 300 acres of ancient parkland to explore.
Wheelchair/Pram friendly: Accessible grounds and gardens, flat paths with firm surfaces. Cobbled area which can be avoided, map available. There is designated disabled parking (on the left-hand side of the car park hut) in our main car park, closer to our Visitor Centre. Just ask the Car Park Assistant and they can point you to the designated spaces.
Additional activities: Visit the house, stables and old mill. Wander through the deer park. Explore the giant log pile. There is also a children's garden trail, where you find clues to collect a sticker. Themed walks take place on the first Saturday of every month, including child friendly events.
Parking and any fees: Free disabled parking (just have your blue badge ready).
Facilities and refreshment options: There are toilets in visitor centre and stables and baby changing is included. There is also a restaurant, cafe and ice cream parlour, as well as lots of lovely places to stop for a picnic.
